General Construction

• Siding to customer specifications (Siding Standard color on Rental Fleet)
• T-Bar ceiling – FRP in Wash car
• Standard steel stud c/w painted drywall and battons – FRP in Wash Cars

• 120V/240 single phase AC 125 Amp main (12x60). 120/208 -3 Phase unit type (Wash Car/ Complex)
• Emergency LED lighting / Emergency exit lights at doors
• Category 5 telecommunications wiring as per drawings
• Two 10lb ABC fire extinguishers based on standard 12 X 60
• One complete set of structural turnover blast resistant design summary documents.
